Embracing a new chapter in my career is always an exciting journey filled with anticipation and opportunities. As April approaches, it sounds like we're on the cusp of significant milestones that promises to enrich our professional paths. I have so, many, epic things going on in the coming weeks.
All I can say for now is that I have interviews with two podcast hosts! I will drop the links as they happen, and I have admired these two women for quite sometime.
The launch of "So You Want to be an Authortuber" is yet another exciting venture that speaks volumes about our commitment to fostering a community of aspiring writers and creatives. By sharing my expertise, challenges, and triumphs in the realm of authorship on YouTube, I hope to not only guide others but also help you to cement your role as a mentor and influencer in the literary world. This platform allows you to connect with your audience on a personal level, offering advice, inspiration, and valuable insights into the writing process and the publishing industry. We all know video is king for a reason.
Enrollment ends soon. Check out the updates we’ve dropped! LIFETIME ACCESS now is $75. The price is also GOING UP next year!

Rolling into a second Kickstarter for The Merna Annals’ Books 1-5 immediately afterward is ambitious and showcases a dedication to my craft that I have not felt since I was a college literature major. What many people do not know is I had two options when I graduated with my bachelors from Frostburg State University. Re-enroll in their master’s program for teachers that summer or go to New England and become an editor for a traditional firm.
Some of you are laughing, aren’t you? “You became an editor and author to your own LLC anyway. Why did you delay it?”
I thought the only way to help people learn how to love reading and writing most effectively was by being a teacher. Now that the world is my classroom through YouTube and more, I am learning how I should have done something like this from the beginning. For example. Kickstarter. I should have done that years sooner.
Oh, update on the date, by the way. We are now launching on July 08, 2024 to participate in a Kickstarter collaboration called Heartstrings and Hardbacks, which focuses on romance themed and genre-ed books. Of course, crowdfunding campaigns are unique opportunities to engage with some of my favorite people--my readership--and to build anticipation for all of the books going WIDE asap. With
Then of course... I am doing more courses and running The Soul Bard Collective over on YouTube, too. How am I getting it all done? HB90, of course. Not to mention, its spring break here at my house until 04/08, and I am going to run as long as I can tonight. I have guests visiting tomorrow, YES there will be pictures and vlogging because they are epic author friends many of you know and also adore/love as much as I do, and then I am taking a few days off from social media.
Sunday is Easter, and while I consider myself a follower of Mother Mary as one of my chosen goddesses (if I can be HALF the mother she is, I am a good woman), I do not celebrate Easter in the Christian way. To me, Easter is about a mother mourning her child. It always has been since I was a Catholic-going-Sunday-school-girl of seven years old. "We give Jesus the glory he was due, but what about his mom? Didn't anyone care about her pain, too?" Years later, as my arms long to hold an Angel I've only known inside of my healing womb, those words hit home. No matter how you spend this Sunday, please take care of you. No matter what you believe or do not believe, please take care of you.
I will also be taking Tuesday, April 2 off from social media, as I am taking a trip to the mountains. I haven't been in a long time. They've been screaming my name, and I want to walk the trails of my childhood a little on the way up and back to fetching some things from our storage location.
On Wednesday, April 3, I will still be on spring break. I have yet to decide if The Soul Bard Collective is taking a full week off, or if it rejoins on Wednesday, too. I missed the meditation yesterday due to the energy of the bridge collapse in Baltimore being too recent. I love within a two hour radius, and while I do not personally know anyone affected (other than by the grand traffic back ups its going to cause in the future navigating that part of town), I'm sending hugs to anyone who lost their loved ones or who's businesses have been negatively affected by the clean up.
Anyway, enough rambles... HUGS. I love you all. Thank you for being part of my community. Bring some chocolate and candy to sprints tonight, and let's have lots of fun?
Thank you supporting me, so that I can continue supporting others.
Sincerely,
Jenna O’Malley
